Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $199 Subtotal with code : FREESHIP Free shipping promotion not valid for International orders. During free shipping promotions, U.S orders will take up to 8 business days to arrive at the destination. Total time to the destination also includes processing, which may take 1-2 business days. EllieMakir reserves the right to change the pricing structure of our shipping, at any time, without prior notice.

Return Policy

Orders are accepted for refund or exchange, except promotional code/sale/clearance items. All promotional code/flash/clearance sale items are final sale. Final sale items are not returnable/exchangeable. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your product. Items must be in new, unused, and salable condition with all tags attached. Deodorant/makeup stains are not tolerated. You must submit a returns request to orders@elliemakir.com. We will provide you with our return mailing address, and confirm whether an exchange or refund is required. Please include your order number when e-mailing. Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday 10am-3pm MST. We endeavor to respond within 24 hours (weekdays). Customer pays return shipping. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
